Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your xc888 login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. xc888 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure. Allowing another person to use your xc888 account – even a family member – is a violation of these Terms. Each person must have their own registered account. Shared use of an account may result in suspension and forfeiture of funds.
xc888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment channels, all transacted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):
xc888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts – the name on the payment method must match the name registered on your xc888 account. Payments received from unmatched sources will be returned and the transaction flagged for review.
xc888 processes withdrawal requests as quickly as technically possible. Standard accounts can expect withdrawals to complete within a few minutes to a few hours depending on the payment method and the time of request. VIP members receive prioritised withdrawal processing. xc888 does not impose arbitrary holding periods on winnings from completed bets or settled casino games.
xc888 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC, a screenshot of your registered payment account or other supporting documents. Failure to provide requested verification documents within 72 hours of the request may result in the withdrawal being suspended until compliance is achieved.
xc888 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bank, mobile wallet operator) may apply their own transaction charges. xc888 is not responsible for third-party payment fees.
xc888 does not deduct any fee from your withdrawal amount. The full amount you request is sent to your payment account. Any charges you see on the receiving end are applied by your mobile wallet or bank, not by xc888.
The minimum single bet on any sports or esports market at xc888 is Rs 100. This applies to pre-match and in-play markets across all formats including cricket (T20I, ODI, Test), PSL, IPL and all esports tournaments. Casino game minimum bets vary by table and game type.
All bets are subject to acceptance by xc888. We reserve the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, at our discretion without being required to provide a reason. If a bet is refused after funds have been reserved, the stake will be immediately returned to your wallet. Bets are confirmed only once you receive an explicit confirmation message on the platform.
In-play (live) betting markets at xc888 are subject to brief suspension periods when significant match events occur (wickets, end of overs, video reviews). If a bet is placed during a suspension window that we failed to close in time, xc888 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake. Bets confirmed before a suspension are valid subject to normal settlement rules.
xc888 settles all cricket and esports bets based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC for international cricket, the relevant PSL official result for PSL matches, and the official tournament operator for esports events). In cases of disputed results, xc888 will wait for the official governing body ruling before settling the market. If no official result is declared within a reasonable timeframe, xc888 may void the relevant markets and return stakes.
Where xc888 has made an obvious error in setting odds – such as pricing a heavily favoured team at clearly inflated odds due to a data or system error – we reserve the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds and return stakes to affected players. This applies even if bets have already been confirmed. xc888 will make reasonable efforts to identify such errors promptly and will communicate with affected players directly.
Systematic exploitation of odds errors, bonus arbitrage and matched betting strategies are prohibited at xc888. Accounts found to be engaged in these practices may have winnings from affected markets voided and bonuses removed. Repeat violations may result in account closure.
All RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games available on xc888 – including roulette variants, crash games and any other digital table games – use certified random number generation software. The outcomes of RNG games are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player, employee or third party. xc888 publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for all casino games so that players understand the theoretical house edge before they play.
Live dealer games on xc888 are operated by professional studio teams using physical equipment (wheels, cards, etc.) under controlled conditions. The outcomes of live dealer games are determined by real-world physical processes and are visible to players via live video stream. xc888 is not responsible for any technical interruption to the live stream that prevents a player from seeing the outcome, provided the outcome itself is determined fairly.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session – including connection drops, game loading errors or RNG system failures – xc888 will take reasonable steps to determine whether a round was fully completed before the malfunction occurred. Rounds that cannot be verified as complete may be voided and stakes returned. Any apparent wins generated as a direct result of a game malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.
From time to time, xc888 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer.
Most bonuses issued by xc888 are subject to wagering requirements – a minimum amount that must be bet before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before completion.

If you believe a bet has been incorrectly settled or that an error has occurred in your account, you must contact xc888 support at support@xc888.click within 30 days of the event in question. Claims submitted after 30 days may not be investigated. xc888 will review all legitimate dispute submissions and respond within 5 business days. Our decision on disputes, once issued following a full review, is final.
These Terms and Conditions and your use of xc888 are subject to the terms of the jurisdiction under which xc888 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication with xc888 support will be subject to the applicable dispute resolution processes.
You may request closure of your xc888 account at any time by contacting support at support@xc888.click. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled normally and any remaining real-money balance in your wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.
xc888 reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account at any time where we determine that these Terms have been breached, where fraud or misconduct is suspected, or where we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation. In cases of closure due to suspected fraud, funds may be held pending investigation. In cases of closure due to Terms violations not related to fraud, real-money balances will be returned after deducting any bonus-related amounts subject to forfeiture.
